Throw it at a live defender
Every other page on this site throws one punch at a camera. Training mode is different: there is a second fighter in the ring with a real guard and a real reaction. Pick an attack, watch the punch land, and read what actually happened.
Training drills
Both drills run the same engine: the attacker throws the punch, the defender answers with a real reaction, and the contact point is calibrated so the fist lands where it should.
Jab →
Two versions of the measuring punch: the short jab as a pure feint that never touches her, and the long jab at full extension — caught on her lead glove when she idles, on her head when she taunts.
Jab + Cross →
The one-two against a live defender, to the head or to the body. She takes the jab on her guard, gets rocked backward by the cross, and then both fighters return to idle.
